A collection of photographs taken on a single night walk in Australia’s oldest city; documenting the construction and development that is ever taking place. Having lived in Sydney for years, seeing the rate at which it has transformed, even in my relatively short life, has been remarkable. The old landmarks are still there, preserved by heritage regulations, and they stand resolute against an ever-encroaching tide of modernity. Construction takes place around these oases of architecture preservation, continually rising, changing and renewing the commercial and residential cityscape.
